Why choose us?

With over 50 years of combined experience and representing thousands of people with disabilities, we are one of the most long established disability law firms in Stockton and Lodi and surrounding areas. We provide the personal attention and familiarity with local judges you can’t get from nationwide firms.

Always a determined advocate for the underrepresented, Ann M. Cerney, our founding partner, began appealing cases to federal district court and even the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals early in her practice. We have expanded on that tradition. Now, our district court cases make up a large part of our cases.
