Shellie Lott received her law degree from University of Utah SJ Quinney College of Law where she graduated with honors. She was an O’Leary scholar and earned a pro bono certificate for over 50 hours of service. During law school, she was a note and comment editor for the journal of law and family science. She received a BA in English from Utah Valley University, graduating summe cum laude.
Shellie Lott joined Cerney Kreuze & Lott in 2006 as an associate and became a partner in 2009. She is a member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association, and is on the Social Security panel for the County’s Lawyer Referral Service. As a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (“NOSSCR”) and a member of her local Sacramento chapter, she attends the conferences and meetings regularly. She is on the MCLE Committee for the San Joaquin County Bar Association and a member of Women Lawyers’ Section in Stockton.
Shellie Lott is admitted to practice law in California, the US District Court, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to representing clients at their administrative hearings, Ms. Lott focuses on US District Court appeals. When not at work, Ms. Lott likes to spend time outdoors with her family.
